Students build skills in public speaking, communication, and project management while driving change in their communities.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>\ud83d\udead <\/b><span class=\"s1\"><b>Advocates for Healthy Choices (AFHC)<\/b><br \/>Part of the TUPE (Tobacco-Use Prevention Education) initiative, this program educates students on the dangers of tobacco use, empowers them to lead anti-tobacco campaigns, and encourages policy change to promote healthier schools and neighborhoods.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>\ud83d\udde3\ufe0f <\/b><span class=\"s1\"><b>Language in Action Program (LAP)<\/b><br \/>Tailored for International Newcomers and Emergent Bilinguals in grades 9\u201312, LAP supports language development in reading, writing, speaking, and listening\u2014offering a welcoming, after-school space for English language growth.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span class=\"s2\">\ud83d\ude97<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> <b>Driver\u2019s Education<\/b><br \/>Our comprehensive, online Driver\u2019s Ed curriculum prepares students for both the written and driving components of the state exam.
