S He is dedicated to optimizing processes, from troubleshooting the Beyond The Bell Attendance App to refining attendance policies, to help the team work smarter and achieve impactful results. His innovative approach drives continuous improvement within the organization.

Outside of work, Efrain is passionate about community service, often volunteering at animal shelters. He enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking and cycling, finding fulfillment in both nature and giving back.
