Coach-Mentors

Our Coach-Mentors are the heart of the program—working directly with students each day to lead fitness, enrichment, and academic activities. You’ll serve as a positive role model, helping kids build confidence, learn life skills, and feel seen and supported.

As a Coach-Mentor, you’ll:

Lead structured activities and enrichment lessons.
Assist with homework help and academic support.
Model positive behavior and foster teamwork.
Help students develop healthy habits and leadership skills.

Site Coordinators

Site Coordinators are our on-site leaders. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of one school site—managing staff, maintaining program quality, and building relationships with school administrators and families.

As a Site Coordinator, you’ll:

Supervise a team of Coach-Mentors and support staff.
Ensure programming aligns with A World Fit For Kids standards and goals.
Communicate with parents and school partners.
Track attendance, student progress, and site logistics.

This role is perfect for experienced youth professionals ready to step into a leadership position and create a high-impact learning environment.
