Toph Eggers is dedicated to improving the lives of children across the Los Angeles area. With over 20 years of experience in youth development — including roles as a sports director, USC Men’s Club Coach, and adaptive sports trainer — Toph currently oversees coach training and supervision for the A World Fit for Kids psychomotor program.
He strongly believes that a healthy heart leads to a healthy mind. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Toph takes a holistic approach to supporting students’ physical and emotional well-being in every session. He emphasizes the importance of teamwork, cooperation, and conflict resolution, believing that children learn best through example. By training coaches to model inclusive and fair play, he ensures the next generation grows up with strong values of kindness and empathy.
In his spare time, Toph plays on a traveling ultimate frisbee team and serves as president of a local nonprofit dedicated to the sport. He also leads youth sports clinics at recreation centers across Los Angeles and provides mental health support at a teen drop-in center in Burbank.
