Efrain Carcamo has grown alongside A World Fit for Kids!, beginning as a student participant, later becoming a Coach and Site Coordinator at three different sites, and now serving as Systems Manager. His journey within the organization reflects a deep commitment to its success and mission.

As Systems Manager, Efrain thrives at the intersection of technology and organizational efficiency. He is dedicated to optimizing processes, from troubleshooting the Beyond The Bell Attendance App to refining attendance policies, to help the team work smarter and achieve impactful results. His innovative approach drives continuous improvement within the organization.

Outside of work, Efrain is passionate about community service, often volunteering at animal shelters. He enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking and cycling, finding fulfillment in both nature and giving back. His personal and professional commitment is rooted in his desire to see A World Fit for Kids! thrive and positively impact lives.
