Normandie is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of A World Fit For Kids! (WFIT), a leading healthy behaviors programming and training organization that has been providing healthy behaviors and self-empowerment programs for 30 years.
Normandie developed an evidence-based physical activity leadership and personal empowerment training system for teens and the adults who work with youth which became a national model.
A certified Personal Development Consultant by Tony Robbins & Associates, Normandie was Reebok’s first International Fitness Manager.
She worked with fitness and aerobics professionals in 11 countries, organized and managed the Reebok ‘World Tour,’ led educational conferences and provided corporate marketing support to International Distribution Centers in 2I countries.
Normandie received the ‘Community Leadership Award’ from the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness and Nutrition and the ‘Champion of Change’ Gold award from the CA Department of Public Health’s Network for a Healthy California.
She is an active advocate on behalf of healthy kids, families and communities and is an authority in the program development and training.
She currently serves on many distinctive boards and steering committees that influence public policy in regards to physical education, physical activity, nutrition education and additional aspects of developing healthy kids.
